Special Orders
Require a 50% "Non-Refundable" deposit.

We will discuss your order in detail. You will receive an order form with all details listed. Once that order form is approved, by you and submitted with the 50% non-refundable deposit, your order will be processed and sent out according to shipping or pick up selection you choose.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be done through USPS flat rate shipping boxes when available. Other standard ground shipping charges will be applied if product(s) do not fit in flat rate box(es).
Pick Up Service
By scheduling an appointment for Pick Up.
Or by delivery at an additional cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds or exchanges on special orders. Once order is complete you have 30 days to pay balance. You will receive an email to confirm when the 30 days begins. If you do not complete the order within the 30 days you will have forfeited your 50% deposit and your completed lei.
